It is based upon Calm-Abiding, or Shinay meditation from Tibetan Buddhism. It entails basically sitting with good posture and placing your focus on something, like your breath.
No experience is necessary. I guide you through the basics. And do not worry even if you are not “ a good meditator” or “cannot meditate”. Those are mind constructs that are preventing you from even trying.
We usually end with some shares. Norma, our resident animal communicator, often has amazing messages to share with us from the animal realm. I have been known to draw a tarot or oracle card as well for the energies of the coming week.
